Carol Browning
Music Director, Church Administrator Carol Browning has been King of Glory’s Music Director since the 1st Sunday of Advent in 2009. She feels very blessed to be with a congregation and a choir that value music and sung prayer as much as KOG’s do. She enjoys collaborating with the wealth of talents here, especially some of the “special music” opportunities, such as our Lenten Midweek Worship and our annual summer “Bluegrass Sunday.” She brings a variety of liturgical and ecumenical experience to her position, having served for Roman Catholic, Episcopal, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Campus Ministry congregations. She is a liturgical composer/arranger and occasional magazine & book contributor, published by GIA Publications, Liturgical Press, World Library Publications, OCP, and MorningStar. Carol also regularly leads contemplative ecumenical prayer services in the area. |
